Sounds like you need to install the klite odec bundle, it's free and can be downloaded from http://www.free-codecs.com. Don't forget if you would like help installing k-lite codecs then check out my support videos.

| Did you know that you should defrag your hard disk at least every 6 months. When you defrag your hard drive it grabs all the little chunks of data that split up all over the place forcing the drive to work extra hard and slower. If you defragment your drive it push all those scattered chunks together increasing your pc's performance and prolonging the drive life. DEFRAG can be found under the START MENU -> ACCESSORIES -> SYSTEM TOOLS -> DEFRAG. |
