The easiest way to get rid of virus and Trojans is with good anti virus software. Fortunately the best one for home use is free (AVG Antivir). You can download avg anti virus from there homepage at http://free.avg.com/ or get it through http://www.download.com. Of course if you need help installing it you can always refer to our support videos for guidance.
